Prior to his joining Conuma, Ed held multiple senior HR roles within the coal, construction, and maintenance service industries across the US and Canada, including Foresight Energy, Vista Energy Resources, and the Vonachen Group. His extensive corporate, project and human resources experience spans more than 20 years. His career includes human resources for both public and privately held coal companies. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia State University and a Master of Science from Wilmington University.
