- Achieving zero harm for those that work in and with our business;
- Proactively reducing the carbon intensity of our mining operations to achieve a 15% reduction by 2030;
- Progressively reclaiming so our net disturbance is as low as practically possible;
- Reducing fresh water impacts through effective recycling and treatment processes;
- Minimizing wastage;
- Increasing diversity, equity and inclusion across our business;
- Building and sustaining a high-performing and engaging culture;
- Strengthening our relationships and engagement with Indigenous Nations, governments, and local communities; and
- Ensuring we maintain transparency, governance and ethical standards in all of our dealings.
