Dudley Miller is a senior mining executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience across steelmaking coal, diamonds, bauxite, and oil and gas operations in Canada and Australia. As Vice President of Mine Development and Operational Readiness at Conuma, he leads mine development, operational readiness, strategic projects, continuous improvement, standardized reporting, and operational alignment across the Company’s mining operations. He has a proven track record of leading multi-site operations, large workforces, complex budgets, and high-value mining assets.
