Luke Kempers is Vice President, Technical Services, with responsibility for Engineering, Geology, Environment, and Projects.

He brings over 25 years of mining experience across open pit and underground operations, with a track record of leadership in engineering, operations, and technical services. He has held progressively senior roles with Vale, Westmoreland, and Conuma.

Luke holds a degree in Mining Engineering from Laurentian University and is a Professional Engineer.
